This book guides you step by step on the most effective way to discipline without spanking or yelling. It even explains to you step by step how the child will respond once in time out. It is very easy reading and comical at times. It is effective in extreme cases and even effective with kids who only misbehave once in a great while. It is a great book and highly recommended by me.
