Recipe Thursday: BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Ingredients:
1 boneless pork roast about 3 lbs.
BBQ Sauce
Hamburger buns

Directions:
Place roast in slow cooker with one cup of water.
Cook on high for 3 hours.
Remove pork and dump out water.
Put pork back into the slow cooker.
Shred pork into bite size pieces using a fork.
Add 1 1/2 cup BBQ sauce to the shredded pork.
Mix well.

Side dish suggestions: Baked beans or coleslaw
